June 9th!

...the day I turn 40 and the day that a judge in Ethiopia will decide if we are fit to be parents to Baby A. Would you please join us in praying for a favorable outcome? 40% of adoption cases in Ethiopia do not pass the first time...so if our case doesn't pass on June 9th, we would be assigned another court date and wait to see what happens. We feel like it's a good sign to have our date in court on my birthday, though, and are praying that we pass! If we do pass, our agency has told us that we can expect to wait 8-10 weeks before we can travel to pick up Baby A. So that puts us at the beginning of August. Your will be done, Lord.
